The Maypole Meadow, Rickinghall site is now completed and Meadow Barn has been sold.  Maypole Barn (four bedrooms) and Meadowcroft (four bedrooms) are now both on the market with Lacy, Scott and Knight, Bury St Edmundss (01284 748600).  Cherry Tree Close is nearing completion with three properties sold “off plan”.  A new development site (two four bedroom houses) has been acquired in Smallworth, South Norfolk on which work will commence in Summer 2012.  The four bedroom luxury villa at Estreito da Calheta, in Madeira has been completed.

Greenright Homes was honoured to be Runner-up in the Buildings and Waste Management category of the recent 2012 Creating the Greenest County Awards competition.

 

Greenright Homes was set up as a partnership between husband and wife team Simon Bennett and Jill Wilshaw in 2010, following the highly successful development of five new-builds and one conversion in North Suffolk from 2006 to 2010.

Greenright Homes is dedicated to the design and construction of high quality, modern, high efficiency, low carbon houses with highly competitive running costs. The company is involved in both new-builds and conversions.
